POSITIVE EFFECTS OF VDTP/GC-MAF ON AUTISM PATIENTS

Gc-MAF is a naturally occurring protein. There is much evidence of its effectiveness and vital role in nurturing the health of vital human organs. Studies relate that VDTP/Gc-MAF can be successfully used to treat autism spectrum disorder and provide relief to patients.

This increase in Nagalase[enzyme] catalyzes the deglycosylation of the Gc protein, which in effect deactivates these fighter cells and prevents them switching to regulatory protein state of Gc Macrophage Activating Factor (VDTP/GcMAF). This clinical condition diminishes the body’s macrophage activating capacity, which results in a compromised immune system, causing further health issues and the bodies inability to fight toxins in the way a healthy immune system can.

Conventional Management of Autism

Autism is a complex issue and behavioural as well as environmental factors can into play. A study evaluated the VDTP/GcMAF effects on NAPE-PLD (N-acyl phosphatidylethanolamine phospholipase D), a protein-coding gene. VDTP/GcMAF treatment significantly increased gene expressions both NAPE-PLD, before and after VDTP/GcMAF treatment in autistic BMDMs.

GcMAF affected CB2R protein levels in BMDMs

VDTP/GcMAF has been found to reduce the protein levels for cannabinoid receptor type 2[CB2R] in BMDMs from autistic children when treated in healthy controls. Further analysis showed a substantial decrease in CB2R protein levels in VDTP/GcMAF treated BMDMs from autistic children compared to untreated macrophages.

VDTP/GcMAF decreased the protein levels of the alternative activated phenotype M2 macrophage marker.

To learn more about the VDTP/GcMAF effect in cellular activation in macrophages, some studies quantified the protein levels of mannose receptors through a Western blot analysis. The results were a decreased mannose receptor protein level in VDTP/GcMAF treated BMDMs from autistic children compared to untreated macrophages.
