Processed foods laden with sugar, wheat and preservatives are to be avoided. But bread is a big part of most peoples diets, so we have devised a recipe to make healthy flat breads and wraps using just a few simple ingredients that are really good for your body. It’s full of nutriton and good fiber, is suitable for all diets and even tastes great.
To make 8 you will need:
1 cup Coconut flour
4 tablespoons Psyllium husk
1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 3/4 cups of Water
