Love bread, but can’t eat it for health reasons? Please try our tasty vegan, gluten and sugar free flatbreads. They’re easy to make with just a few ingredients and kitchen utensils.

We get asked alot for healthy recipes. It’s a major part of our protocals and taking control of your health. Diet is a vital part of the healing process. Processed foods laden with sugar, wheat and preservatives are to be avoided. But bread is a big part of most peoples diets, so we have devised a recipe to make healthy flat breads and wraps using just a few simple ingredients that are really good for your body.  It’s full of nutriton and good fiber, is suitable for all diets and even tastes great.

To make 8 you will need:

1 cup Coconut flour

4 tablespoons Psyllium husk

1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 3/4 cups of Water
