Viagra tea, Muls

MURSALSKI TEA IS NATURES VIAGRA

Everyone knows about the drug Viagra and its effects, but there is a lesser known herb called Mursalski, or Ironwort, that grows naturally in the Mediterranean mountains and when made into a tea, it can have the same effect as Viagra.

Traditionally known as “shephard’s tea”, Mursalski, is also known as Sideritis scardica, or Ironwort and is a multi award winning tea that has amazing health benefits.

If you’ve never heard of this amazing, magical tea, then its about time you did.

It’s benefits have been enjoyed for centuries.

Sideritis plants are abundant in Mediterranean mountain regions over 1200m above sea level, in the Balkans and the Iberian Peninsula, but can also be found in Central Europe and West Asia (Bojovic et al., 2011; Petreska et al. 2015).

This rare herb has an anti-anemic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action and can also reduce high blood pressure and the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Viagra Tea

Mursalski chai has many health benefits and has been long enjoyed by the people of the Rhodopean mountains, who are famous in Bulgaria for their longevity and vitality and has become known as the “Bulgarian Viagra,” as it increases testosterone and sexual desire and can be especially beneficial to men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction (ED), enhancing sexual performance.

Unlike the pharmaceutical drug Viagra, Sideritis scardica is a naturally occurring aphrodisiac and is recommended in the local areas to help bring on pregnancy for couples that are having trouble conceiving.

It also carries no other side effects, as opposed to the pharmaceutical chemical product Viagra, that most doctors now prescribe for men with ED who have an inability to achieve, or sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse.

The cause of ED can be ranging and can include medications, chronic illnesses, poor blood flow to the penis, drinking too much alcohol, exposure to certain environmental toxins, stress and general tiredness.

Not to mention the numerous dangerous side effects, as well as being very expensive.

According to Web MD, the long list of side effects of Viagra include:

Backaches, dizziness, head pain, indigestion, nausea, nosebleeds, skin problems, diarrhea, difficulty sleeping, fever, trouble breathing, urinary tract infections, blood clots in the brain, heart attacks, abnormal liver function, anemia, atrioventricular block, excessive bleeding from the lungs and eyes, depression, fainting, hearing loss, seizures, vision loss, migraine headaches, painful, red or swollen tongue, skin ulcers, gout, gastritis, abnormal dreams, abnormal sexual function, accumulation of fluid or edema in the male genitals, anxiety, hives, inflammation, intense abdominal pain, laryngitis, vomiting and weak reflexes etc etc

Whereas, in stark contrast, Mursalski tea, as well as having huge benefits (mind the pun), it carries none of these awful side effects and has been proven to be an antioxidant and so actually purifies the body, as opposed to poisoning it and damaging the liver and the immune system, leading to long term health issues.

Mursalski tea contains iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, potassium, magnesium and sodium.

It can even prevent the development of cancer cells and the development of atherosclerosis.

It is high in flavonoids, which are the main active agents with antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. It also contains tannins and essential oils.

Local doctors recommend it for treatment of the respiratory system (coughs, bronchitis) and for treatment of the urinary system. It is especially effective for healing of the urinary tract and prostatitis, liver and kidney diseases.

Organic and chemical free

If you go to one of the regions where Mursalski tea grows naturally (just as I did once), such as the Durduga area in the Rhodope mountains, near the village of Trigrad in Bulgaria. It is not unusual to see ladies over 100 years old sitting outside their houses, or manually farming their land, they will tell you that they owe their good health to this magical tea.

And if you ask them if it, or their vegetables are “organic”, they will look at you confused and ask you what you mean. And so I was forced to explain the point and so asked if they grew their food using herbicides, or pesticides.

I was nearly run out of the village. For why would anyone grow their food in chemicals to poison the children?! That’s just crazy and evil!

So rest assured, organic is a way of life in the areas where Mursalski Tea grows, as they simply don’t know any other way. No chemicals and pesticides have ever been used in these parts of the world and so the soil is rich and abundant.

After all they have to grow their food again next year, so why ruin it with chemicals!

How to make the tea

It is very easy and simple to make this tasty tea.

  • Take one blade of the herb is placed in 250 ml of fresh water.
  • Boil for 5 minutes until the water turns a golden color.
