processed foods and autism

RESEARCH PROVES THAT PROCESSED FOODS CAN INCREASE THE AUTISM SPECTRUM

We have been discussing the proven link between Autism and vaccines for a long time. But existing research, that is nearly a decade old, yet no one has heard of it, proves that processed foods not only lack the essential vitamins and nutrients that a child needs, but can also contain preservatives that increase the symptoms of “Autism”.

As the USA moves further towards becoming a Medical Police State, it’s proving harder and harder to gain real information on what really causes autism. The Vaccine Injury Court is possibly the most reliable source for the evidence of the damage caused by Vaccines.

Back in 1986 The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) absolved all drug companies from all medico-legal liability when children die, or become chronically ill with vaccine-induced autoimmune disorders; “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable…for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury, or death.” – President Ronald Reagan said, as he signed the deal, giving carte blanch to big Pharma to put whatever they want in vaccines.

With another 271 planned vaccines in the pipeline don’t expect this to ever change, whilst the US government is also the biggest global investor in Vaccines and the death rate is rising in the USA compared to other countries.

Processed foods

We have long known there is a link between bad diet and behavioural and neural issues, as well as health in general. With Forever chemicals found in meat and milk produce, heavy metals found in fruit juices and cancer causing chemotherapy drugs found in Potato chips.

This research is part of a growing list of dangers associated with processed foods.

Propionic acid (PPA)

PPA preservative is found in processed foods, such as baked goods and cheese

The harm of Preservative PPA

PPA is a a short chain fatty acid, that is used as a food preservative. Studies have shown that eating food containing this additive preservative exacerbates the symptoms of autism in children. PPA is also a product of gut bacteria, thus produced in our own body. A subset of ASD patients are reported to have high levels of PPA producing bacteria, for example.

Scientists exposed human neural stem cells to high levels of the toxic food preservative and found that it reduced the development of neurons.

The preservative is found in packaged and processed foods, such as baked goods and cheese.

Nearly one in fifty-nine children in the United States is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, according to the latest report from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Two decades earlier, the odds of diagnosis were one in one hundred fifty.

Please see the original research from McFabe et al in 2011

The research showed that when human neural stem cells were exposed to excessive levels of PPA, they shifted to overproduction of glial cells and a reduction of the number of neurons.

Glial cells don’t participate in electrical signaling in the brain. Their role is supportive. But too many glial cells can disrupt the connectivity between neurons. They can also cause inflammation in the brain.

Moreover, when researchers looked at the neurons, they found that most of them were unhealthy. Reduced neurons and damaged pathways can hamper the brain’s ability to communicate, resulting in repetitive behaviour, mobility issues and the inability to interact with others, which are some of the hallmarks of autism, researchers said.

As further study is needed in this area (but is unlikely to be funded by the FDA, or the food industry in general), it just goes to prove that if the food you and your child is eating does not resemble its natural form, then there may well be an issue.

Please see this section for more on the harmful effects of packaged and processed foods

There is one simple, golden rule when it comes to eating well and recovering from illnesses: If the food you or your child eats does not look like it grew from the ground, then DON’T EAT IT!

As soon as we reach for a packet of anything, even if it claims to be healthy then just remember that it has to be processed and preserved in order to sit on a shelf and be stored for longer periods of time than is natural. If foods can last for months and months, then you have to question what is actually in there to make it last so long.

Avoid GMO and Glyphosate

Fruit and vegetables must also be organic, as it’s important to avoid any Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), or anything that has been grown using the weed killer Round Up’s lethal ingredient Glyphosate. For example Please see this article on the rise of Gluten intolerance and its link to the heavy use of Round Up

Round up is in so many products now, like breakfast cereals, alcohol and many other packaged products, as well as vaccines, that it can feel sometimes like an impossible thing to avoid. Please also see this article on the long lasting damage of Glyphosate

But it is only by being aware that we can truly make an informed decision. So we have put a lsit of dietaries do’s and don’ts at the end of this article.

GcMAF

Autism is usually a viral disease (to a greater or lesser extent) in the brain and the stomach. GcMAF has three excellent effects within the brain, whilst also rebuilding the entire immune system and can attack the viruses that cause autism.

Please watch this video to see how GCMAF works on a cellular level. You can see why it has been referred to as the Pac-Man of the immune system:

Once GcMAF is administered, improvements in the child are often seen within a few days.

New findings in Autism

Autism sufferers tend to have an altered immunity and show the signs of having immunological abnormalities involving such things as: cytokines, immunoglobulins, inflammation and detrimental cellular activation. As well as alterations in various cells of the immune system, including the Natural Killer Cells (NK) and Macrophages. NK cells can be stimulated and test results show diminished cytotoxic activity overall, when the the NK cells are stimulated by the GCMaf protocol.

The Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor (MIF): Another important factor linked to Autism is the Macrophage Migration Inhibitory factor (MIF) which is a pro-inflammatory immune regulator expressed in brain tissue and has important influences on the neural and endocrine systems.

MIF Plasma levels were found to be higher in individuals with autism. Individuals with autism with the highest levels of plasma MIF were found to have the most severe behavioral symptoms.

Immunoglobulin Levels: Decreased levels of total plasma (IgG and IgM) have been observed in a large group of individuals with autism. The reduced levels correlated with behavior, such that individuals with autism with the most severe behavioural symptom scores also had the lowest IgG and IgM levels.

GCMaf has come on in the last four years and we have now seen success rates increase and I am yet to see a child with Autism not benefit from GCMaf, with many thousands cured.

Since the death of my friend and work colleague Dr Jeff Bradstreet in 2015, I have focused more on cancer than autism, but we have made advancements in both using GCMAf. I still have all of the research and documents that Dr Jeff Bradstreet and I worked on together, alongside Dr Fermin Celma.

Dr Jeffrey Bradstreet had successfully treated over 2,000 autistic children with GcMAF and the results are well established. With 85% showing an improvement, sometimes the differences back then were quite small, often depending on the child and the child’s immune system and diet.

15% of those that showed an improvement, saw their autism completely eradicated.

And a further 3,000 children have since been successfully treated with GcMAF.

Since 2015, we have built on Jeff’s early findings and continued his work through our clinics and remote support and we are now almost 4 years further advanced on our previous studies and are therefore having faster and more positive results from those earlier days.

Feel free to join our GcMAF Facebook group where we discuss and share GcMaf stories with 6000 other members

Autism tends to be caused by the MMR, tetanus and other vaccines that are putting viruses and heavy metals like mercury into children. A shortage of lipids may also contribute to to the damage done.

M Oil

When treating Autism we also use M Oil, which is a blend of weak cannabis oil and other natural ingredients. Depending on the scale of Autism we can only really determine which number blend to use. There are 12 different blends in total and which one your child requires will depend upon the individual needs of the child.

Please email us for more information and to discuss your child’s case

Proteins, where do we get protein?

Complete proteins have the essential amino acids, or building blocks, that the body requires, in adequate amounts.

Meats are complete proteins, but many plant-based proteins aren’t. It’s good to know the difference and reach for complete proteins when you can. Some non-meat complete proteins are:

Seeds Quinoa is a complete protein that has all nine essential amino acids. If you’re not familiar with it, think of it like a grain or pasta. Use it in dishes in place of rice or couscous, for example, and you’ll give your dish an automatic protein boost. Also, chia and flaxseeds are great.

Greens Veggies like spinach and kale are an easy way to get a whole host of nutrients, including protein.

Spinach has 5 grams of protein per cup, so it’s not huge, but it’s great because you’re getting other things like vitamin A and calcium and iron

All Beans contain protein. And they come with lots of bonuses, like fiber, folate, antioxidants, and vitamins. Yum, in the case of chickpeas — be blended into tasty dips like hummus.

Nuts A no-brainer when it comes to easy protein for your daily diet. They are packed with protein, take Brazil nuts, high in not only protein but selenium also.

And avoid these at all times:

  • Apricots, fresh or dried
  • String beans, or lima beans
  • All Cheeses
  • Citric acid
  • Coffee
  • Crustaceans (eg shell fish, prawns, crayfish etc)

Conclusion

When approaching autism treatments its important to look at it from all angles. Our bodies are connected and GcMaf can only really truly work if the child is also eating well, their immune system is well supported and their mental and social skills are also developed and improved. GcMAF is not a single silver bullet.
