Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune condition that affects many people around the world, with more than a million sufferers in the U.S. alone and has long been considered incurable by mainstream medicine.
Yet many of the people that I speak to have seen real benefits using the right diet and supplements, including GcMaf. To see how GcMaf can really benefit anyone suffering from this debilitating and painful disorder, please join our GcMaf Facebook Group where people are always sharing their stories. You can ask the group for personal recommendations.
According to WebMD: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) happens when your immune system targets your joint linings. RA affects joints on both sides of the body, such as both hands, wrists, or knees. This symmetry helps to set it apart from other types of arthritis. It can also affect the skin, eyes, lungs, heart, blood, or nerves.
It causes inflammation in the lining of your joints (the synovium). As a result, your joints may get red, warm, swollen, and painful.
It can effect anyone at any time. For some it is short lived, but for others over time, the inflammation wears down the cartilage, which creates a space between your bones narrows. As time goes on, they could rub against each other, or move out of place.
The cells that cause inflammation also make substances that damage your bones. The inflammation in RA can spread and affect organs and systems throughout your body.
How Do Doctors Diagnose Rheumatoid Arthritis?
X-rays and blood tests are amongst the best ways to tell if someone has Rheumatoid arthritis, as well as:
- The location and symmetry of painful joints, especially the hand joints
- Joint stiffness in the morning
- Bumps and nodules under the skin (rheumatoid nodules)
In addition to checking for joint problems, your doctor will also do blood tests to diagnose RA. They will be looking for:
Anemia: People with rheumatoid arthritis may have a low number of red blood cells.
C-reactive protein (CRP): High levels are also signs of inflammation.
Some people with rheumatoid arthritis may also have a positive antinuclear antibody test (ANA), which indicates an autoimmune disease, but the test does not specify which autoimmune disease.
Cyclic citrulline antibody test (anti-CCP): This more specific test checks for anti-CCP antibodies, which suggest you might have a more aggressive form of rheumatoid arthritis.
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR): How fast your blood clumps up in the bottom of a test tube shows there may be inflammation in your system.
Rheumatoid factor (RF): Most, but not all, people with rheumatoid arthritis have this antibody in their blood. But it can show up in people who don’t have RA.
Treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis
The only treatment that most Medical Doctors in the USA have at their disposal is limited and harmful. With harmful medication that will cause more health problems as they destroy your liver, your gut flora and ironically your entire immune system, leaving you open to chronic illnesses later.
Or there is invasive risky surgery that carries even more health risks and side effects. So it is here that mainstream fails us. But thankfully there is GcMaf and other natural treatments available to you, should you choose to open up your options to its immune boosting abilities.
GcMaf has been proven to help with Arthritis
As well as GcMaf’s abilities to cure cancer and autism and other diseases of the immune system, research also shows GcMAF can halt deterioration in Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), dementia and ALS, and in its role of an immune system regulator, can reverse diseases that attack the immune system like Lupus and Arthritis
You can also order GcMaf here
We have constructed the following guide as a basis for a protocol to helping aid the symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis:
It is important to point out that GcMaf does not work alone, the body is a flowing mechanism, where everything is connected and so we must treat the body and the immune system as an entirety. So we must look at external factors such as diet and lifestyle, as well as supplements and GcMaf.
Cannabis oil has been proven to aid Arthritis. Our endocannabioid system is essentially designed to feed cannabis to the exact points it is best needed and an introduction of external cannabis oil, boosts the body to release antioxidants at the very point of most needed repair
Calcium builds and maintains strong bones and teeth; helps with muscle function; controls cell function, communication and signalling.
We recommend Calcium Orotate as a supplement because it is the most highly absorbed calcium supplement. Orotate molecules are the most efficient carriers of calcium, magnesium, lithium, and other ions in the body. Orotates can cross the cell membrane, delivering the mineral ion to the innermost layers of the cell, reaching the mitochondria and nucleus.
Other calcium supplements, such as calcium carbonate, citrate, gluconate, lactate, malate, and phosphate, cannot penetrate into the membranes as orotates can, or are broken up in the digestive tracts
How to take Borax internally, and take 10 mg of boron per day to use it as a remedy / therapy. An ongoing maintenance dose of 3 to 6 mg may be used for general good health and the prevention of ailments, especially if you live in an area where the soil is boron-deficient.
We recommend a dose of 7 mg per day for people suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Simply dissolve one level teaspoon of borax in one quart/litre of water to make a concentrated solution. Take a teaspoonful of this twice day with a meal.
Borax contains about 11% boron by weight. When you consume Borax it seems to work synergistically with magnesium, so keep your magnesium intake up whilst taking borax.
Magnesium is known as the Master Mineral and is an essential nutrient.
You can balance it in your diet, but if you require a supplement, then always ensure that you take Magnesium Orotate and never Magnesium stearate, for the same reason as Calcium Orotate (see above) and that is for its superior absorption into the cell membrane.
The recommended levels of Magnesium are dependant on your current Magnesium dietary intake, as this will depend on the supplementary needs to make up the required levels so please read the labels.
Fish Oil & Omega 3
Omega-3 fatty acids are a very good and essential type of fat. They may help lower the risk of heart disease, depression, dementia, and arthritis. Your body can’t make them. You have to eat them or take supplements.
Omega-3 fatty acids come in more than one form. The types found in fish, called DHA and EPA, seem to have the strongest health benefits. Another form known as ALA is found in vegetable oils, flaxseed, walnuts, and dark leafy vegetables such as spinach. The body can change a small amount of ALA into EPA and DHA, but not very well.
Omega-3 supplements curb inflammation and help protect against heart disease. That’s good for people with RA, who are more likely than other people to get heart disease. Fish oil is safe when used appropriately.
We recommend that you take it as a supplement in order to get the correct dose needed for this condition.
EPA ( eicosapentaenoic acid) minimum of 2000 to 3000 mg a day.
DHA ( docosahexaenoic acid ) minimum of 2000 to 3000 mg a day.
Don’t take more than 3 grams per day because of the risk of bleeding
It is also important to take care of your gut bacteria from the harm of pharmaceuticals that have intensified the issues and so a good Probiotic is needed:
Bio-Kult Advanced Probiotic Formula, 120 Capsules
2 to 4 capsules a day
Vitamin B12 Shots
Methylcobalamin is equivalent physiologically to vitamin B12, and can be used to prevent or treat pathology arising from a lack of vitamin B12 intake (vitamin B12 deficiency).
Methylcobalamin is also used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and as a preliminary treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Month One – 10 doses of Methylcobalamin B12 (1000mcg) every 3 days, depending on the form it comes in for the first month.
Month two Once completed, then have only one dose a week of (1000mcg) for one month.
Then on month 3 it may be benefical to go to one shot of 1000mcg B12 per month
Low dose naltrexone (LDN)
The current theory is that LDN works to suppress inflammation by acting on immune cells called microglia. Microglia are found in the brain and spinal cord. When activated, they release inflammatory molecules called cytokines.
These inflammatory cytokines can increase pain sensitivity and fatigue, and trigger other inflammation cascades in the body, as with RA.
Scientists suspect that the effect LDN has on chronic pain caused by autoimmune conditions like RA works in much the same way, suppressing glial cells and therefore keeping down inflammation.
In addition, there’s some evidence that LDN retains some of its regular dosing activity and blocks opioid receptors which causes the body to release more endorphins, reducing pain.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic Sulfur compound found naturally in fruits, vegetables, grains, animals and humans. It reduces pain and inflammation. Sulfur is needed to form connective tissue. MSM also seems to act as an analgesic by lessening nerve impulses that transmit pain.
A 2006 pilot study of 50 men and women with knee osteoarthritis showed that 6,000 mg of MSM improved symptoms of pain and physical function without major side effects.
No large, well-controlled human studies have been performed. MSM may cause stomach upset or diarrhea. Don’t use MSM if you are taking blood thinners
Tablets, liquid, capsule or powder, topical and oral. Typically 1,000 mg to 3,000 mg daily with meals.
DMSO is a wonderful product. Its a by-product of paper manufacturing. The benefits of DMSO are so numerous, that Dr. Morton Walker called his book ‘Nature’s Healer’ and we fully recommend it. (not for people taking pharmaceutical drugs)
Research shows that applying DMSO to the skin helps decrease symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis (RA). DMSO can also be injested and used in I.V purchase food grade pure. If pharmaceutical drugs are being taken check first. For further information regarding DMSO please see
It is also really important that you avoid a group of food called the Nightshades which induce inflammation through a specific chemical known as solanine. When it’s absorbed into the bloodstream, it can cause destruction of the oxygen-carrying red blood cells.
It is important to also avoid all dairy products, meaning no Milk, Yogurt or Cheese.
Broth soups are fantastic for nurturing the gut.
I only cook/stir fry with raw coconut butter, oil, or organic unpasteurised butter (best raw). I never use other oils for cooking as this is bad for the body when being heated as it can promote inflammation.
Raw cold pressed oils like Sun flower, Olive, Flax oil, etc. are very good for salads or anything else but never heat these oils always consume them raw and cold pressed.
Avoid Products that are processed, or contain GMO, or wheat products.
Avoid foods that are high in artificial sugars, or syrups, or can be turned into glucose in the body are best avoided, including fruits, lentils, all grains (except Quinoa), white rice (replace with Brown/black rice.
