Magical Elixir For Smokers – Cleanse Your Lungs

Magical Elixir For Smokers – Cleanse Your Lungs

Many long term smokers have dealt with bronchitis or persistent cough. The best thing smokers can do is quit smoking. However, if you are not willing to quit this unhealthy habit, you can at least try cleansing your lungs. Eat lots of onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric. All these ingredients are great preventive against malignant diseases. Turmeric has antibacterial, antiviral and anticancer properties. It also contains an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids and it is recommended for you to use it on a daily basis.
