You will require the following:

Castor oil

Cling wrap

Cotton white undedicated gauze or white cotton from pillow case or bed sheet

Lay the cotton piece of fabric just under the breast bone,

Soak the cotton with castor oil

Wrap the cling wrap around your body to secure

Only take off to shower or bath

Use a syringe to apply more castor oil to the cotton or gauze, just lift the cling wrap slightly and place back when finished.
