Quick to make Olive Tapenade recipe

Olive Tapenade

1 tin/jar of de-stoned black olives

½ small jar of anchovies

1 small jar of capers

3 chopped up cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of tumeric

Place all ingredients into food processor and mix thoroughly until it is a firm paste, slowly adding the cold pressed olive oil until a creamy consistency is achieved

Transfer into an airtight container and consume with chia seed crackers

This is a fantastically tasty accompaniment to either beef or pork steaks and really easy to make. This recipe will make about 4-6 sausage type rolls and can be easily frozen.

Once the steaks are just about to be served, cut several slices and rest on the

meat allowing it to slowly melt over the meat.
