VEGAN BLACK BEAN DIP WITH NO WHEAT, NO SUGAR, NO DAIRY, NO NASTIES

We love this quick and easy dip recipe that is a good alternative to hummus. way to make healthy crackers at home

For those of you who are unfortunate to suffer from an auto immune disorders like Cancer, Autism, Arthritis, Dementia, or any other condition that is a sign of an impaired immune system, help is at hand.

All of our recipes are tasty and involve only ingredients that boost the immune system, not damage it.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of black beans, well drained
  • ½ cup of garbanzo beans, well drained
  • ¼ cup of tahini
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil

Instructions

Combine the black beans, garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor and mix until smooth.

Transfer into a serving dish and drizzle with good quality cold pressed olive oil. This can be eaten with freshly cut cucumber, celery or carrot sticks, or with our chia seed crackers
