Quick and healthy Hummus recipe

Soak chickpeas for 12 hours or use tinned chickpeas (be aware of the lining of the tin – lining can be toxic)

Cook chickpeas until soft – 30 – 40 mins approx

Put into food processor

Add water to get it into a smooth consistency then add the juice of one lemon

If I have some Natural yogurt at hand, I add 3-4 tabsp to the mix, maxes it nice and

Creamier

Add some cumin according to your taste – I personally put in at least 2

teaspoons to 1 can of chickpeas –

Once again, if you like garlic – add some small garlic pieces to mixer and mix

Well. Now it is ready to serve
